Job Summary/Description:
The Project Manager will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, creative teams, and technical specialists, driving digital marketing projects from initial concept to successful completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex marketing objectives into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, optimizing workflow processes, and ensuring that every project meets our agency’s high standards of quality, creativity, and performance. Must have a thorough understanding of the digital environment including targeted display, social media, OTT, email marketing, SEO, and paid search, as well as the other services listed on our website: https://www.datastreetmarketing.com/services/.
Location:
- This is a remote position.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for client and internal digital marketing initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal teams, including web developers, content writers, social marketing specialists,SEO specialists and the rest of the team to design and implement effective strategies
- Meet with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies
- Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status
- Analyze and report on project performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in Digital Sales
- Minimum of 2 years in Digital Sales Management and/or Project Management
- Proficiency in workflow project management software (Monday.com preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, Social Media
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have exceptional time management skills
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
- Strong Leadership Skills, highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
