Digital Sales Manager

Data Street Marketing is a family-owned, full-service Digital Agency that is part of an affiliated services group that owns and operates high-quality radio stations in 3 markets (Jackson, MS; Meridian, MS; Dothan, AL). The Digital Sales Manager position will primarily be responsible for overseeing and growing digital revenue in those 3 radio markets.

Job Summary/Description:

Data Street Marketing is taking applications for a Digital Sales Manager. The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the digital revenue goals and work closely with the GMs/Radio Sales Managers to coordinate sales efforts with their local teams. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage digital efforts and achieve revenue goals in the 3 aforementioned radio markets by working closely with the radio sales strategists in each market. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with new/existing clients and make sales calls primarily with the local sales team strategists. Must have a thorough understanding of the digital environment including targeted display, social media, OTT, email marketing, SEO, and paid search, as well as the other services listed on our website: https://datastreetmarketing.com/services/.

Location

The ideal candidate will live in the Jackson, Mississippi area or be willing to relocate to that general area.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing accounts.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining budgets and quota goals with the Local Sales Manager/General Manager.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams in the specified radio markets to achieve digital sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Develop sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials.
  • Be a team player, and have a passion for helping clients grow their businesses.
  • Collaborate with other team departments to ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions.
  • Analyze digital analytics to recommend optimizations and review results with clients.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as needed.
  • Regular travel schedule to sales markets.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in Digital Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in Digital Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of driving digital sales growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, highly organized
